Involver logo

Volunteers are like diamonds in the rough, they are just hard to find. For some nonprofits, usually the bigger and established ones, they would normally have a pool of willing volunteers whom they have worked with already, and are eagerly waiting to help again at the drop of a hat.

However, what happens if you don’t have that luxury? What is there to do when your initial email blasts and social media posts were only able to draw out tumbleweeds instead of actual responses?

Holla, everyone! I’m Kharidah Mahmood, 26 years old (as of December 2015), from Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.

I graduated last 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering. However, I’ve chosen to go beyond my field of study and take on a role that deals with people directly, since for me, customer service is fun and much more relaxing. I really enjoy talking to customers, hence I’m challenging myself to thrive in this entirely new field.

Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Office Suites (2010/2013/2016), Windows Get Genuine and Windows Upgrades, Symantec Endpoint protection and Symantec Endpoint protection Small business edition; these are some pairs of products can, more often than not, wrack your brains trying to differentiate one from the other.

Regardless of the reason behind your confusion, we all just want the same thing, to avoid getting the wrong product! To help you avoid that, here’s a basic explanation on each product and how they actually differ from their (rather) identical counterparts.
