Is It Right for My Organization?
If your organization needs to regularly modify, enhance, and organize photographs, but has no use for the other web, print, and graphic design applications in Adobe Creative Cloud, the Photography plan delivers just what you need and nothing you don't.
How Does It Work?
After requesting access to 20 percent off Adobe's retail rates, your organization gets access to both Photoshop CC and Photoshop Lightroom CC for a full year. Adobe will automatically renew your membership at the retail rate every year after unless you cancel.
Photoshop vs. Lightroom
In addition to Photoshop CC, the Photography plan includes Photoshop Lightroom CC.
Photoshop Lightroom CC
Lightroom CC is helpful for managing and editing entire collections of photos from one place. Think of it as your "home base" for photography on your computer or mobile device. You can sort, tag, and edit entire sets of photos to help stay organized. Every edit you make in Lightroom is nondestructive, which means you can keep the original intact while saving a new modified version and still revert to the original if you want.
For additional control to make your photos pixel-perfect, Photoshop CC gives you the tools to retouch, composite, and edit down your photos. Any files you save in Photoshop CC will show up in your Lightroom library alongside the unaltered original, allowing you to continue organizing, editing, printing, and sharing photos. With Lightroom CC, you have a complete photography workflow.
